Welcome! I’m Mike Thomason, a proud lifelong resident of Cashmere, Washington, where my family roots stretch back to the early 1900s. Central Washington holds a special place in my heart—not only for its diverse geography and breathtaking scenery, but also for the vibrant communities that make this region truly unique. Every day, I’m inspired by the incredible views and the ever-evolving cities and towns I serve, and I’m always excited to see new faces discovering the area’s charm.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal, I’ve completed approximately 900 assignments throughout Central Washington, including Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan, Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, and Adams Counties.
